Warren's Office Supplies was founded in 1981 in Sanford, Maine. Owner and founder, Warren Roberts was interested in building a locally owned and operated business to provide the office supplies needed by area businesses, professionals, industry, schools, government and individuals. The company sells office supplies, furniture, business machines and equipment as well as providing business printing.
Today, the company remains family owned and operated. Warren Roberts is President and General Manager, and Melissa Roberts is Customer Service Manager and Assistant Treasurer. Susan Roberts, Warren's wife is Treasurer and a Director.
Many changes have occurred in the office products industry since the company was started in 1981. Warren's has embraced these changes to emerge as Maine's leading independently owned and operated office supplier. Today the company operates from its corporate office and warehouse facility in Springvale, Maine and a retail distribution center in Skowhegan.
In 1995, the company began focusing exclusively on direct sales. New product lines were added including computer supplies and accessories, cleaning and breakroom supplies and additional furniture lines. In July of 1998, Warren's Office Supplies acquired Martin's Office Products and expanded operations throughout Maine and Southeastern New Hampshire. The product additions and the Martin's acquisition have enabled Warren's to competitively serve larger accounts and offer one source for virtually all office supplies while maintaining our commitment to serving our customers in a personal and friendly manner. In October of 2003, The Paper Klip in Skowhegan was purchased by Warren's to continue our growth. Most recently, in May of 2007, Officeland was purchased in Hooksett, NH.
